Craft: Healthy Meal
Supplies:
- paper plates
- grocery store fliers
- scissors
- glue
- Canada Food Guide
Instructions:
- Give each girl a Canada Food Guide (they can be printed from the website link above, or ordered (in advance!) for free from that same website). Talk about the different food groups and how we want to make a meal with representation from all the food groups.
- Cut out the food fliers and paste onto the plates.
