Craft: Love Bug TP Roll

Supplies:

  • Toilet paper roll for each girl
  •  pattern printed on pink paper
  • googly eyes
  • chenille stem (pipe cleaner) pre-cut into about 2" lengths
  • scissors
  • glue
  • hole punch
  • stickers

Instructions:

  1. Each girl cuts out one heart, one rectangle, and one face.
  2. Glue the rectangle onto the TP tube, with the stripes going around the circumference of the tube.
  3. Hole punch out two holes for the chenille stem to poke through.
  4. Bend the chenille stem through the holes to make antennas.
  5. Glue eyes onto the face.
  6. Bend the tabs on the edge of the face, and glue them to the TP tube.
  7. Decorate the heart with stickers.
  8. Glue the heart onto the top of the TP tube as wings.
